Welcome to the Kidz Horizon Appeal website Established in 2004, the Kidz Horizon Appeal is a charitable organization that attends specifically to an unfortunate, and often helpless, group of people in our society – children who are suffering from chronic or terminal illness. Since it started, the Appeal has adopted the KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund (KKHHEF) and over half a million is raised annually to help children with chronic illnesses, including cancer and HIV.
